error installing round cube

Hi,

tried more than once installing round cube but each time it blows out when it request mysql root login. I provided the right password & then it request it again & again. Tried this on 2 different servers.

Could you please give us more details about your environment:
- what is the Windows version? is it 32 or 64 bit?
- do you use IIS or IIS Express
- did you install mySQL manually or from feed? what's the version of mySQL?
- what is the version of Web Platform Installer? or did you install it from WebSitePanel?
