Hello,

I'm trying to test Link Freeze for my client on one of my sites before installing it on their site. I have downloaded the evaluation copy and installed it on a Win2003 box, IIS 6.0 and using CFMX 7.0.2 for the application server. I'm using the basic configuration for a transformation, the configuration is at the bottom. Now it works for links that do not include the actual domain name, but not when the domain name is present. For example

<a href="index.cfm?fuseaction=profile.add">Register now</a>

will get transformed, but

<a href="http://www.allprosports.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=profi le.add">Register now</a>

is not.

You can look at the site, http://www.allprosports.com/, and see what I mean. I have the same content listed twice, once without the domain and the other with.

If you need additional information please do not hesitate to ask. Hopefully it is a simple configuration problem.

Thanks,
Marc

By default LinkFreeze will not modify links with absolute format, i.e. links that start from http://www.domain... This is done to avoid corruption of links to external sites. You may also use this feature to prevent LinkFreeze from modifying some certein links - simply write these links in absolute format and LinkFreeze will not touch it. You may disable this option by checking Transform absolute links box.
