I want to change all .cfm pages to .htm as well as transform all ?,=,& to /

I am using the regex below to match the .cfm pages and it works as long as I don't change the file extension. As soon as I add change cfm to htm I get a 404 file not found. Any ideas why this is occurring?

Regex: (.*?\.cfm)

Ok, so I re-read the documentation and discovered that you cannot move the .cfm to the end if you use / as a seperator.

Try this rule

Code:
/.*(\.cfm|\.htm|$) /// .cfm [MoveExt]
