I have to protect my web pages by referrer.

I configured hotlinkblocker in this way:

[Protect]

REFERER  /directoryweb/ http://....(url redirect)

[ReferersBlackList]

[ReferersWhiteList]  (url referrer website)

But for some elaboration it's important that some subdirectories aren't protected.

I want protected /directoryweb/ but I want de-protected /directoryweb/subdirectory1/ and /directoryweb/subdirectory2/

How can I do? I can't detail all the subdirectories to protect. New subdirectories are dynamically generated everyday.

Thank you

Domenica

If you don't actually know which directories you need to exclude from protection then how can I create a configuration for you? Maybe it will be simpler for you to somehow separate directories you need to protect from the rest of the site?

Hy Yaroslav,    thank you for your immediat answer.

Unfortunately The web pages that I have to protect are web pages of a third party software.    I can't separate the directories myself.

Now I try to protect only the access page of every single subdirectory (/directoryweb/*/index.html)

It function. But it isn't the best solution.

Please let me know if you could suggest me a different solution

thank you

Domenica

Then maybe there can be some rule how to distinguish pages that should be protected from the pages that should not be protected so I could build a regular expression rule?
