On an existing site I use a rewrite which reads as followed:

domain/category/subcategory/key

Now I had changed the used categories. The site is well indexed by Google but now the "old" pages (with holds the old categories) still are shown in the Google resultpage. I have on the site an 404 error page which is shown in this case.

But I was wondering if it possible to use a rewrite. something like this:

if category <> [list of new categories] then rewrite to homepage.

I can do it with one line (rewrite condition) for each old category but that gives me a lot of rules.

Oke, someone any idea?
thanx

Hello,

In examples section there's a bottom rule that show you how to write multiple options.
