I need some help here. Any guidelines will be appreciated.

1. IIS 7.0 with Integrated pipline.

2. htaccess redirects works just FINE

3. as soon as following sitecore module is added htaccess redirects stops working.

<add type="Sitecore.Nexus.Web.HttpModule,Sitecore.Nexus" name="SitecoreHttpModule"/>

Sitecore starts giving 404 error.

Is there any special setting i need to configure so that htaccess can coexist and work with sitecore in integrated pipeline?

Thanks Much!

Please, provide EventLog, if any errors have occurred after the steps provided.
Also, provide the error.log and rewrite.log for the testing request (more expanded) and the rules you're using.

Regards
Andrew

Not sure if it's related, but when I used rewite to direct to an app, the app needed to be in the same application pool as the site....or else I kept getting strange 404s.

It's still necessary to see the rules and the logs, please.
