Penny,

My question is:

Where do you want these pages to be pointing at?

www.updatewizard.com.au/page1.asp --> http://www.webdesignnewcastle.com.au/XXXXXX
www.updatewizard.com.au/page2.asp --> http://www.webdesignnewcastle.com.au/YYYYYYY

Regards
Andrew

As an example, the CMS might be at 'webdesignnewcastle.com.au/wizard'. So I want the user to only see (for example): www.updatewizard.com.au/wizard/anything.asp?code=123 but the page to be pointing at www.webdesignnewcastle.com.au/wizard/anything.asp?code=123

Each client will be secretly redirected to www.cmsdomain.com.au/wizard if they type www.clientdomain.com.au/wizard.

Is that possible?

It is much better now. Try to update the rule:

RewriteCond %{HTTP:Host} ^www\.updatewizard\.com\.au$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^wizard(.*)$ http://www.webdesignnewcastle.com.au/wizard$1 [QSA,NC,P,L]

Great! Thanks.

I was hoping to set the "client" variable as a querystring within the .htaccess file on the initial redirect but I can do it another way (using the referring url).

The initial test works. I'll put it to the real test tomorrow.

Thanks Andrew!

GG
