I am using Ape with the following set up in .htaccess

  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
  RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !=/favicon.ico
  RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?q=$1 [L,QSA]

Everything is working fine... Drupal already detected that URL Rewrite is enable. Normal page is redirect correctly. However, when, I tried to add the content to the panels in admin page. The error 404 return from the server.

I debug the http and found out that the rewrite is not working on the following case:

POST /panels/ajax/editor/select-content/panel_context%3Apage-themesecap%3Apage_themesecap_panel_context/text_middle

if we turn the "Clean URL" of Drupal off (No need to use rewrite), then the full URL is:

POST /index.php?q=panels/ajax/editor/select-content/panel_context%3Apage-themesecap%3Apage_themesecap_panel_context/text_middle

and this will work without any problem.

Do you have any suggestion to solve this problem?

Please turn on logs and provide rewrite.log records for non-working requests (
Thank you.
