Hey all, I'm using mod_proxy setup as a reverse proxy, so
the local dir /srv1 is proxied to, which is fine. However, it
shows in the browsers toolbar, and I
don't want the end user seeing the actual url and trying
to connect directly. Is there a way to use mod_rewrite to
maybe rewrite the shown url to either completely remove
any sub dirs (since there will be /srv1/abc, /srv1/def,
etc.) down the road, and maybe only show something like without ANY sub dirs listed, or at least
rewrite it so maybe the browser always shows at all times? Thanks much for the
help, I am still a newb using mod_rewrite.
