Hello.
Please try to replace the RewriteRule statement with this:
Code:
RewriteRule . index.php [NC,L]

Explain what results you actually get. Is it 404 response?
Thanks.

No that doesn't work, I now have

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . index.php [NC,L]

Here are two url's, one on my old server (which is correct)
http://www.chameleon-web.co.uk/blog/news/corporate-blog-training-for-multisensor-systems-ltd/

And this on my new server (which is wrong, the page displayed is the blog home page, not the actual article itself)
http://beta.chameleon-web.co.uk/blog/news/corporate-blog-training-for-multisensor-systems-ltd/

Please advise, thanks, James

Hello.
That’s well-known issue. Please put this code on top of the index.php:
Code:
if (isset($_SERVER['HTTP_X_REWRITE_URL']))
{
$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] = $_SERVER['HTTP_X_REWRITE_URL'];
}

Thanks.

Hi, I have added that to my theme index.php but still the same, my blog also uses page.php and archive.php.

The top of index.php in my theme is now...

<?php
/**
 * @package WordPress
 * @subpackage Default_Theme
 */
if (isset($_SERVER['HTTP_X_REWRITE_URL']))
{
$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] = $_SERVER['HTTP_X_REWRITE_URL'];
}

get_header(); ?>

Hello.
Sir, where did you add that code? It should be written at the top of the main WordPress’es index.php file. I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear enough last time.

We can still arrange live-meeting sessions, like in the mod_linkfreeze case. Just write an email with login credentials.

Thanks.

Hi, don't know what has happened but my blog is no longer working correctly, it definitely looks like a rewrite issue.

Please can we connect asap..
