Installation on dedicated Windows Server 2008 R2, IIS7, Parallel Plesk 9.5.2.

I discover now in the event log, a secuence of 3 administrative warning events with a final error event, each 10 seconds.

LAST ERROR EVENT

This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

What can I do to solve that aparently permission issue?

Thanks.

Hello,
The installer should have enough permissions to read/execute “C:\Program Files\Helicon\Ape\” folder content.
Plesk tends to change default permissions set.

We would like to see the system through remote desktop. Please let me know if it’s possible.

Thank you.
