Hello!

I've been using ISAPI_Rewrite 3 on my Windows 2000 Ad Server and planning to upgrade to Windows Server 2008 ( either Web or Standard verison)

And was wondering ... should I use ISAPI_Rewrite 3 instead of the URL Rewrite thats provided with IIS 7 ??

Does ISAPI_Rewrite 3 - provide faster speed / performance then the URL rewrite mod from IIS ?

Thanks

ISAPI_Rewrite 3 is much more flexible than URL Rewriter and allows to set more complex configurations.

By the way, if you are going to use Win2008, I may advise you our new product designed specifically for 2008 Server -
Helicon Ape. It posesses ISAPI_Rewrite functionality as well but also includes lots of other
Apache-like modules and is designed to benefit from 2008 Server architecture.
